Lead carpenter, Justin Rodriguez, after completing carpentry school in 2011 has worked in a handful of different construction fields. Since 2016 Justin has been installing residential windows and doors. He was always searching for a company who had high standards and a work ethic that matched his. His craftsmanship and finesse are excellent, he takes great pride in his work and incorporates integrity into everything he does.

His wife, Lydia, joined working in the window industry in the beginning of 2018. She started in a call center, soon being promoted to a project coordinator and then a project manager. She has managed almost every part of home renovation projects from start to finish, including services needed.  Being apart of the "behind the scenes", she saw a true need for companies to do more and do better for customers.

Ultimately, Justin and Lydia came to the conclusion that the best way to offer high quality work, transparency and great customer service is to start their own business. They understand the difficulty in finding a contractor that you can rely on. They are truly excited to be a trustworthy resource for helping people.
