Is my quote / price locked in?

Yes—your quote is valid for 90 days from the date it's issued.
We understand that every home has its unique characteristics, which can sometimes bring unforeseen challenges.
Should any unexpected issues arise—such as hidden damage or structural repairs—we’ll discuss them with you right away.
Any changes to the scope or cost will be documented in a revised quote or addendum for your approval.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?

Workmanship Guarantee: If there are any issues due to workmanship, we’ll make it right—no shortcuts, ever.
Manufacturer Warranty Support: If a product defect arises, we’re happy to help you file a warranty claim and will support you throughout the process. We’ll also provide all the information you need should you wish to file a claim directly.
